Why is the Universe accelerating?

Understanding cosmic acceleration is one of the major goals of large astronomical surveys. Galaxy cluster experiments are crucial components of these surveys because they have unique statistical power. I am tackling cluster cosmology problems by combining theory, simulations, and observations. I also study complementary probes of cosmology and galaxy evolution, aiming for a comprehensive picture of cosmic structure.
